By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Users must be at least 18 years old and responsible for all activity under their account.
Koast grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business use only.
Users may not:
Customers retain ownership of their data. Koast processes data solely to provide and improve the Services.
Paid plans require accurate billing information. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Koast may suspend or terminate access for violations, non-payment, or risk. Users may cancel at any time.
All Koast software, branding, and technology remain Koast's property.
Integrations are governed by third-party terms.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Koast's liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
Users agree to indemnify Koast for claims arising from misuse or violations.
Non-public information about the Services must remain confidential.
Governed by the laws of Utah.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
